What are the most outrageous violations of restaurant buffet etiquette have you seen?

We finally demanded a refund (yes, we’d eaten, but couldn’t get nearly any of what we wanted, if any at all) We weren’t the only ones.
The “hover-cutter” this woman was just standing at the edge, watching the servers with a plate in her hand, when they’d put out a full tray of a high ticket item (shrimp, the chicken, crab legs etc) she’d quickly get in line and then allow all the other members of her rather large (10 -lust people) dining party to cut in front of her and clear out the freshly filled trays. Over and over she’d to do this and management would do nothing about it. Her “friends/family” never had to wait in line for anything.
